Class Descriptions:

Pee Wee (16 months - 3 yrs)
Structured as a mommy and me class. One parent per child in class. Coach guides activities that follow the motor development. Attention and listening skills taught. Children explore sounds, color, surfaces and interact on equipment: trampoline, blocks, bars and beam.

Tots (3 yrs - 4.9 yrs)
All students must be potty trainied. Absolutely must be 3 years old!! Coed class. Basic skills in gymnastics and motor development apply during class. Attention, listening and social skills taught.

Kinder Gym (4 yrs - 5.9 yrs)
Coed class. Basic skills in gymnastics and motor development apply during class. Attention, listening and social skills taught. Must be 4 years old to enroll in the class.

Beginning Girls (5 yrs - 7.9 yrs)
This class is an introductory program of basic gymnastic techniques. The beginner class for girls will incorporate floor work, vault, beam and uneven bars. The girls will work on strength, flexibility and balance as the skills are developed.

Beginning Girls (8 yrs - 13.9 yrs)
This class is an introductory program of basic gymnastic techniques. The beginner class for girls will incorporate floor work, vault, beam and uneven bars. The girls will work on strength, flexibility and balance as the skills are developed.

Lil Beginner Boys (5 yrs - 6.9 yrs)
This class is an introductory program of basic gymnastic techniques. This class includes strength & flexibility training and all basic moves on gender appropriate equipment. The beginner boys' class will incorporate floor work, vault, parallel bars, pommel horse, rings and high bar.

Beginning Boys (6 yrs - 11.9 yrs)
This class is an introductory program of basic gymnastic techniques. This class includes strength & flexibility training and all basic moves on gender appropriate equipment. The beginner boys' class will incorporate floor work, vault, parallel bars, pommel horse, rings and high bar.

Intermediate Girls (5 yrs - 7.9 yrs)
This class emphasizes proper technique and skills needed to master intermediate gymnastics. New challenges and sequencing of skills are introduced. Students are challenged according to their abilities. Instructor recommendation required.

Intermediate Girls (8 yrs - 13.9 yrs)
This class emphasizes proper technique and skills needed to master intermediate gymnastics. New challenges and sequencing of skills are introduced. Students are challenged according to their abilities. Instructor recommendation required.

Intermediate Boys (6 yrs - 12 yrs)
This class emphasizes proper technique and skills needed to master intermediate gymnastics. New challenges and sequencing of skills are introduced. Students are challenged according to their abilities. Instructor recommendation required.

Mini Stars Girls(4.5 yrs - 6.5 yrs)
One hour class, twice a week. New challenges and sequencing of skills, preparing for competitive level. Instructor recommendation required.

Future Stars Girls(8.5 yrs - 13.9 yrs)
One and a half hour class, twice a week. New challenges and sequencing of skills, preparing for competitive level. Instructor recommendation required.

Future Stars Boys
One and a half hour class working on basic conditioning, strength, endurance, agility, flexibility, advancing skills in basic routines for all six mail events. Preparing for competitive level. Instructor recommendations required.

Super Stars Girls (6.5 yrs - 9.5 yrs)
One hour class, twice a week. New challenges and sequencing of skills, preparing for competitive level. Instructor recommendation required.

Advanced Girls (7 yrs - 12.9 yrs)
One and a half hour class once a week. New challenges and sequencing of skills. Instructor recommendation required.

Advanced Skills Boys
One and a half hour class once a week. Improving physical conditioning and endurance. Advanced skills in all male events. Instructor recommendation required.

Tumble (7 yrs - 12.9 yrs)
Learning tumbling basics up to a back handspring and round off/back handspring. Basic conditioning and flexibility.

Adult/Teen (13 yrs - 18 yrs)
Basic conditioning and flexibility. Tumbling basics up to a back hand spring and round off/back hand spring.
